The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided really good service during my entire stay. The cleanliness of this hotel was also excellent. Everything was super clean, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout. the hotel facilities were great. The Springs Thermal pool was excellent, and the suite was massive. Lastly, the location of this hotel was fantastic. It was easy to get around this city, and there were plenty of things to do nearby. I was also able to enjoy the delicious breakfast every morning.

The surroundings of the hotel are breathtaking and beautiful. the spa is also a wonderful experience, with excellent service and relaxing thermal pool. the food at the restaurant is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. the bedding is dirty and the headboards have noticeable grime and wear.

The springs thermal pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the weekend. We also loved the food and the accommodating staff, always ready to assist. the location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel facilities left a lot to be desired. the furniture was old and poorly maintained, and the rooms were drafty and cold in winter.
